David Bulmer

Work History:

I have been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and have been lucky enough to work for some of the best brands in the business, learning so much along the way, and I am still open to learning new things on a daily basis! You never know it all in this game!!

I specialise in growing, managing and mentoring recruitment teams using the very best of my experiences gained over the years.  My belief is that creating an environment and culture around positive energy and fun in the workplace is all you need to start building and achieving success. I have no time for moaners!! I still get an incredible buzz when speaking to technologists and enjoy managing clients whether they are start-ups or established business as building relationships is what I do best and relationships are the key to long term success.  

I joined Jefferson Wolfe as a Director and love working in the Renewable Energy / Green Tech space. It is such a positive and exciting growth sector where your input really does make a difference to the world we live in. I look forward to growing and driving the company forward and having some fun along the way.

Interests:

I am a keen sports fan and played a number of sports to a high level, mainly football, badminton and 8 ball pool, becoming Surrey County Champion in 1999 and representing Surrey for many years and playing on the tour. I now have the bug for golf and enjoy nothing more than 18 holes after a week at work. I have two sons, Charlie and Alfie and spend a lot of time watching them play semi-pro football – I will grudgingly admit they may be better than their father 😊
