Being Green at our JW HQ
At Jefferson Wolfe we are proud to be a leading recruitment company in the Renewable Energy sector.
As a business, we have made several changes to be as "green" as possible to align to the companies we partner with.
Firstly, we work out of a Sustainable office space that functions with minimal energy use, maximises the use of natural daylight and ventilation and was built using carefully selected construction materials based on life cycle carbon impacts. There are solar panels on the roof and the toilets run on recycled rain water!
Our office is entirely paperless and we recycle everything that we can. Plus, we’ve massively reduced our use of plastic by removing all plastic cups to encourage the use of reusable bottles and biodegradable or reusable cutlery.
As well as our partnership with the Future Forest Company so that a tree is planted every time our consultants place a candidate in a new role, we also regularly donate to environmental charities.
